As a seasoned in-house counsel, Mr. Manissh had worked with various Indian and multinational organizations i.e. Geofrey Manners, Raymond, Siemens, United Technologies, Schneider Electric, and Black & Veatch in increasing responsibilities as an in-house counsel and ultimately as a part of the country leadership team.

Mr. Manissh founded Assarkar & Co., in Nov 2019, and practices as an Advocate, Corporate Lawyer and Mediator, providing legal services to the businesses who do not have inhouse legal dept. and need a legal support for business operations. The focus of practice of Mr. Manissh is on a preventive basis and not on a remedial basis. The preventive legal support helps businesses to mitigate the possible legal risk in their day today business operations and focus on the growth.

Mr. Manissh holds a Commerce and Law degree from the University of Mumbai, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE, USA) and a Lean Champion. Mr. Manissh is empanelled as a mediator for commercial matters by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and subordinate courts in Mumbai and Panvel. Mr. Manissh is also acting as a Mediator on the panel of Centre for Mediation & Conciliation Mumbai.
